Returns & Refund Policy

At Tulloch the most important thing to us is that you enjoy the wine you're with and have an amazing customer service experience that you will want to share with like-minded wine lovers. 

If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied with your Tulloch experience, please contact us so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible. 

We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged.  We ask that you return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. 

By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages, unless the product is corked or damaged. 

We are unable to accept returns of wine that were damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that was ordered in error. 

Incorrect address details will be subject to freight costs at the customers expense. 

Tulloch reserves the right to substitute vintages in stock run out situations.
